Also known as: Ellanse, PCL filler
Ellansé contains polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres in a gel: the gel fills immediately and collagen forms around the microspheres as they degrade. Versions differ in how long they last. It cannot be dissolved, so we recommend HA filler first for first-timers.

Doctor’s note
Ellansé lasts a long time, so the first plan matters. I’d rather add more later than overdo it now.
