Ligament filler places small amounts of firm hyaluronic acid filler deep, close to bone, near the retaining ligaments that hold the face in place — such as the zygomatic, masseteric and mandibular ligaments. Reinforcing these support points can make tissue below look less heavy, so the contour looks tidier without filling folds directly. We use reversible HA filler only and record the volume at each point.

How it works
How it works
Filler goes where tissue is held, not where it has fallen.
High-G′ hyaluronic acid placed deep, near bone.
Divided into small amounts, checking the face after each point.

Doctor’s note
The key to ligament filler is knowing what filler should do and what lifting should do. Where support has weakened, a little goes a long way.

Questions
Ligament Lift Filler FAQ
Does ligament filler alone lift the face?
In early sagging the contour can look tidier, but it won’t fix very loose skin — that needs lifting too.
How is it different from regular filler?
Regular filler fills hollows; ligament filler reinforces the points that hold tissue up.
Will my face look bigger?
That’s why we start small and add later if needed.
Can it be dissolved?
Yes — we use hyaluronic acid filler only.
Ask the doctor directly.
If something isn’t right for you, we’ll say so. No same-day decision required.
