Also known as: Thermage, RF skin tightening, radiofrequency lifting
Thermage FLX uses monopolar radiofrequency to heat the full thickness of the dermis, contracting collagen and stimulating new collagen over months. It suits skin that has lost firmness and fine lines across the face. At Taut, the sealed tip is opened in front of you and the shot count is written on your record.

Overview
What is Thermage FLX?
Skin firmness lives in the dermis. As collagen thins with age, skin loosens and fine lines appear before deeper sagging does.
Thermage FLX delivers radiofrequency heat across a wide area while cooling the surface, so the dermis heats evenly without damaging the top layer. It is often paired with Ultherapy, which treats the deeper SMAS.
How it works
How it works
Heat spreads widely and evenly rather than at single points.
Cooling protects the skin surface during treatment.
New collagen forms over 2–6 months.

Doctor’s note
Thermage works on the quality of the skin itself. It won’t replace a deep lift, and I’ll tell you if that’s what you need.
