By Dr. IM JUNHYUNG · Updated

Bottom lineInjectables are quick, but a few points matter more when you will be on a plane soon after.

Know the product and the dose

Ask which brand and how many units or cc. Write it down so a doctor at home can continue.

Choose reversible filler first

Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if needed. That matters when you won’t be nearby for follow-up.

Allow time before flying

Botox is fine to fly with; fillers may bruise or swell for a few days.

Know the warning signs

Severe pain, skin colour change or vision problems after filler need immediate attention — ask how to reach the clinic.

General information, not medical advice. Your plan is set at an in-person consultation; results vary by individual.
